Specialties: Abilities of Northwest Jersey Inc., is a private, not-for-profit 501(c) 3 community rehabilitation program providing vocational training and employment services since 1974 to the disabled and disadvantaged population of Warren, Hunterdon and Morris counties. Established in 1974. Abilities of Northwest Jersey, was incorporated in the State of New Jersey in 1974. At that time, a single vocational rehabilitation center was available to 25 disabled adults. Today, Abilities is the only vocational rehabilitation program in Warren County, currently operating 6 employment centers, serving 350 individuals on a daily basis, and has been instrumental in assisting over 500 disabled persons in securing community employment. Abilities is one of the most respected community rehabilitation programs for people with disabilities in the State of New Jersey, receiving numerous awards as an organization for demonstrating extraordinary services to the disabled community.
